How many episodes of Perry Mason season 2 are there?

Perry Mason is nearing the end of its second season, and things have been going quite well! With the latest episode, the show cranked up the tension and showed us the real villain behind the murder of Brooks McCutcheon, whose death set off the story for the season.
How many more episodes do we have? Not many. The latest episode, “Chapter Fifteen,” was the penultimate episode of the season — the seventh out of eight — so there’s only one episode left: the finale. Here’s the full list:

How many episodes of Perry Mason season 2?
We haven’t heard whether HBO wants to renew Perry Mason for a third season. At the least, they didn’t think the numbers were strong enough to justify a renewal in the middle of season 2. It could still happen, but given that the numbers for the show have been lower in season 2 than in season 1, it’s possible that this is the last we see of Perry Mason.
But I hope not. The writing has been solid, the production values lavish, and the cast inspired. If you want more Perry Mason, be sure to watch the season finale this Sunday!
