Jason Momoa’s hotness distracted his Fast X costars

It comes as absolutely no surprise that Jason Momoa’s Fast X co-stars were distracted by his ridiculously good looks on set. It’s hard to blame them.

Charlize Theron and Michelle Rodriguez had something to say about this in during a behind-the-scenes featurette focused on Momoa and his character Dante Reyes.

“He was so confident. He just came in with this lace-detailed open shirt that was flowing, and the hair and the body,” Theron said. “I was just so in awe, staring. And then I’d catch myself like, ‘Oh my God, I’m in the scene, I have to act right now.’”

Can you imagine Charlize Theron getting flustered as Jason Momoa walked onto the set? That would be a sight to see!

Michelle Rodriguez didn’t hold back either. “Has anyone noticed how hot Momoa is? Or is that just me?” she asked. Nah, it is not just you.

It seems that everyone had a wonderful time with Momoa on set. That includes Momoa himself, who was eager to join the Fast and Furious franchise. “Why wouldn’t I want to be part of a car chase movie and be in frickin’ Rome riding motorcycles?” he said. “I haven’t played a villain in probably 10 years, so I really wanted to bring something that hasn’t been done yet. He had to be a certain psychotic, like a peacock. It’s exciting to be a piece of the puzzle, wrapping up something that’s been so important to pop culture.”

As ridiculous as these movies have gotten over the years, there is a certain thrill to watching them. And the franchise has reeled in some of the best actors in the business, including Helen Mirren and Rita Moreno. It makes sense that Jason Momoa would want to be a part of the chaos, especially as a villain who shares a connection with Vin Diesel’s character Dominic Toretto.

Along with Momoa, Diesel, Rodriguez, Theron, Moreno and Mirren, Fast X stars Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jordana Brewster, Brie Larson, Sung Kang, Jason Statham, John Cena and more!

Fast X is supposed to be the penultimate entry in the series. Whether the series will actually end after the eleventh movie is yet to be seen, but as of now we can look forward to Fast X hitting theaters on May 19.
