Game of Thrones alum Jason Momoa plays villain Dante Reyes in this weekend’s big new box office winner: Fast X, the latest Fast & Furious movie. Momoa is wildly entertaining in the role, but as crazy as he is in this electrifying chapter, he still believes there’s room to crank up the excitement to new levels.

“My only one maybe like bummer of the whole thing is I didn’t get to drive more, which is gonna change in the next one,” Momoa told CinemaBlend. “That’ll be my massive request, is going like, ‘I would love to go to driving school.’ I would love to go learn that stuff. I know how to ride motorcycles just from doing my own thing, and so I did 80 percent of the motorcycle stuff, which is great and I’m super happy that they trusted me to do it. And then the stunts that would jeopardize the whole picture, obviously a stunt man would take that over, but I really would love to drive more.”

Jason Momoa wants to do more driving in next Fast & Furious film

We do indeed see Dante Reyes tear up the streets of Rome on a motorcycle during the mind-blowing second act of the film, but it wasn’t always literally him in the driver’s seat. You can do a lot with movie magic:

"We did a lot. And that goes down to like, to get the angles to get all the stuff, you know, it’s hard and they had so much to shoot. So a lot of that stuff like is in studio, but I want to drive more, man. So next one, when we come back I was just like, ‘I love it.’ So I’m hoping in the next one I can do a lot more driving."

The next Fast & Furious film doesn’t yet have a specific release date, although we know it’s due out in 2025. Word is that this will be the final movie in the franchise, although given how unpredictable the series is, we’ll believe it when we see it.

Fast X is currently in theaters and absolutely worth the watch!
