We’re now over halfway through the inaugural (and maybe only) season of The Walking Dead: Dead City, the show where Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and Maggie (Lauren Cohen) venture to Manhattan to rescue Maggie’s son Hershel, who has been kidnapped by an old associated of Negan’s known as the Croat.

Things have not gone well. Manhattan is swarming with zombies, and Maggie and Negan’s first attempt to rescue Hershel fell apart. But things are going great for viewers. It’s fun seeing Negan revert to being a bit of a monster, and the urban setting has introduced a lot of flair and variety into the proceedings.

So where and when can you watch the next episode? Read on.

What time is The Walking Dead: Dead City on tonight? How to watch

  • Start Time: Sunday, July 16 at 8:00 p.m. EST/7:00 p.m. CST
  • TV Network: AMC
  • Episode: Season 1, Episode 5: “Stories We Tell Ourselves”
  • Live Stream: AMC+

What does the title refer to? Hard to know. We’ll just have to watch. If you have AMC+, you can actually stream the new episodes a whole week early.

This will be the fourth of six episodes of The Walking Dead: Dead City. The show has been well-received, but we don’t know if that’s enough to earn it another season. For all we know, this first season ends with Maggie and Negan both dead and the loop will close itself.

But probably not. We’ll know more on Sunday.
