Watch a clip from the fifth and final season of Star Trek: Discovery
By Dan Selcke
Paramount+ dropped a bunch of new Star Trek snippets today, including a sneak peak at the fifth and final season of Star Trek: Discovery, the longest running Trek series on the streaming service. Take a look below:
Star Trek: Discovery season 5 premieres in early 2024. And that’s just one of the looks we got at the final frontier!
Watch the trailer for Star Trek: Lower Decks season 4
Paramount+ has several Star Trek shows running concurrently. Lower Decks is an animated show about the unsung grunts who keep all those fancy starships running. Check out the trailer for season 4:
Star Trek: Lower Decks season 4 premieres on September 7.
Watch the trailer for “Subspace Rhapsody,” the first-ever Star Trek musical episode
And then there’s Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, the Star Trek show currently on the air. Strange New Worlds harkens back to the original Star Trek show in that each episode stands more or less on its own, rather than being part of a serialized story. That allows for the producers to experiment with some pretty wacky concepts, including a musical episode!
“Subspace Rhapsody” will be the first-ever Star Trek musical. Check out the teaser:
“Subspace Rhapsody” will air on Paramount+ on August 3.
And we haven’t mentioned stuff like Star Trek: Picard or the upcoming Section 31 movie with Michelle Yeoh. There’s always next Comic-Con.
