Sophie Turner hangs out with Taylor Swift following divorce from Joe Jonas

Sophie Turner appears to be doing perfectly fine following her divorce from singer Joe Jonas. According to PEOPLE, Turner was spotted having dinner with her ex-husband’s ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift (that is a mouthful!) in Manhattan.

Swift and Jonas dated back in 2008 but broke up that same year. While on Ellen Degeneres, Swift revealed that Jonas broke up with her over a 25-second phone call. Yikes!

Everyone knows that when you break Swift’s heart, you’re going to have a couple of songs written about you. Their break-up inspired songs on her Fearless album including, “Mr. Perfectly Fine.” I remember when Swift finally released that song from the vault, even Sophie Turner agreed it was a banger.

With all this history between them, one would think that Turner and Swift might not become friends easily. However, that is far from the truth and has been for quite some time!

Back in 2019, Swift and Turner started to become better friends after meeting on The Graham Norton Show. They’ve been pretty close since then as has been demonstrated through their latest hangout in Manhattan.

Paparazzi were all over the evening hangout, and Twitter did not hesitate to share their thoughts on Jonas’ exes spending time together. I’m sure it is just the start of all the memes and jokes, and I am here for it!

I know the world may have their feelings about all of this, but I love that these two are hanging out and spending time together. As a fan of Sophie Turner and a Swiftie, I support this friendship!
