Imagination is boundless, and an incredibly unifying force. That idea is at the heart of Tomorrowland, a massive electronic music festival which takes place every year in countries like Belgium and Brazil, and currently stands as the second biggest social media live entertainment event in the world after the Olympics. Tomorrowland's festivals are often themed and include tie-in books, and after years of wordbuilding and storytelling, they're bringing those books to the wider world.

With the help of established genre publishing experts at Black Crow, Tomorrowland launched its own fiction publishing house, Tomorrowland Fiction. Its debut trilogy is the Book of Wisdom, which is penned by Rosalia Aguilar Solace (the pseudonym for the creative Tomorrowland Team). The series kicked off in November 2024 with The Great Library of Tomorrow, telling the tale of a woman named Helia who is sent to serve as the Sage of Hope for the titular library, where numerous portals lead to the other realms of the Paperworld. Those portals are controlled by the Book of Wisdom, and after a traumatic event reshapes Helia's future, she finds that book has fallen uncharacteristically silent.

The story continues November 2025 in book two, The Sky of Sacrifice. Today it's our great pleasure to reveal the cover for the second installment in the Book of Wisdom, from Tomorrowland and Rosalia Aguilar Solace:

"This stunning new portal fantasy starts with a band of heroes who must defeat a malevolent enemy bent on destroying the openness, love, and creativity that sustain their many realms," reads the press release announcement for the series. "Fuelled by the same collaborative heart and boundless imagination that dazzle millions of devoted Tomorrowland followers and festivalgoers every year, The Book of Wisdom trilogy is perfect for fans of The City We Became by N.K. Jemisin and Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn, with NYT bestselling author Sarah Beth Durst describing the series as 'Irresistibly imaginative! An epic tale full of hope and light and wonder, with a magnificent magical library at its heart! You're in for a treat!'"

The Sky of Sacrifice official description

From the ingenious creators of the Tomorrowland festival comes The Sky of Sacrifice, a highly anticipated follow-up to The Great Library of Tomorrow, the epic first volume in the Book of Wisdom Trilogy.

When secrets arise, friendships will be tested.

As the Great Library of Tomorrow prepares for a momentous celebration, Nu embraces both newfound love and her role as the Sage of Truth. However, if fresh nightmares prove to be the harbingers of Suttaru's malevolent forces, romance must take a back seat to her responsibilities.

When a savage act sends shockwaves through the Great Library, the return of an old friend brings to light a hidden relic from the Book of Wisdom's past.

To stop the enemy, the Sages must pursue multiple paths. For Nu and Robin, this means traveling the realms in search of a mysterious figure from long ago. Meanwhile, Veer and his companions brave a realm of darkness and despair, where even the strongest can become undone ...

To support the release of the Book of Wisdom, Tomorrowland is holding "unique events over the next year," ranging from "out-of-this-world immersive activation experiences at conventions" to "authorless community-building bookstore events across the UK and US" and "intimate influencer retreats set in stunning nature with firelit readalongs, garden walks and relaxing group classes."

It's an interesting and unusual strategy, making the release of these books more of an experience than simply putting them out in bookstores and hoping people find them. For more information about the Tomorrowland events, including some at The Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada, head over to their website to learn more.

From the sounds of things, the Book of Wisdom is only the beginning for Tomorrowland Fiction. "As well as the novels, Tomorrowland Fiction is planning more literary and creative adventures including comic books tied to the Tomorrowland universe and screen adaptations," reads the press announcement. "The festival tie-in standalone books all tell the origin story of each of Tomorrowland's themes and the linked fantasy realm. The trilogy is a portal fantasy series taking place in the present, in different realms that are all part of the Tomorrowland universe."
