Big sales on the works of Game of Thrones creator George R.R. Martin for Prime Big Deal Days

October 8 and 9 mark Prime Big Deal Days on Amazon, one of many yearly sales periods where Amazon tries to drive more traffic to its bustling marketplace. Lots of things will be on sale, but we're drilling down on all things related to the Seven Kingdoms, of which there are a lot! Check out some of the deals on offer:

  • A new paperback set of all five Song of Ice and Fire books by author George R.R. Martin, complete with new cover art, is on sale for $25.70, nearly half off its list price of $50. That's 5,216 pages for 25 bucks! If you somehow haven't yet read the series HBO adapted as Game of Thrones, this seems like a great way in.

Game of Thrones ended five years ago, but the prequel series House of the Dragon is still going strong. Amazon has lots of deals on things related to House of the Dragon, as well. That includes both the books it's based on and the two seasons released so far on home video:

Finally, there's another Game of Thrones prequel show coming called A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, based on a trio (and counting) of novellas that Martin wrote about Ser Duncan the Tall and his diminutive squire Egg. Those novellas aren't actually on sale, but the comic books based on them are:
