Earlier this week, actor Maisie Williams — known for playing the pint-sized assassin Arya Stark on Game of Thrones — celebrated her 27th birthday party, and she celebrated in style. "In honour of turning 27, i hosted a 70s disco themed party," she wrote on her Instagram. "And it was the best night of my life (so far)."

The party does look pretty lit, as you can tell from these photos:

With her long dark hair and gaudy costume, Williams looks like she's paying tribute to singer Cher as she looked back in the 1970s, always a good go-to reference for a disco party.

Also, kudos to the guest dressed as a disco ball.

Since Game of Thrones ended, Maisie Williams has headlined shows like Two Weeks to Live, which played on her reputation as vengeful, resourceful Arya Stark. She recently stepped things up by joining the cast of The New Look, a World War II-era drama about the life about the life of fashion designer Christian Dior. Williams plays Christian's sister Catherine Dior, a resistance fighter who survived a stay in a concentration camp. Not only does Williams' role on The New Look let her work with acting heavyweights like Glenn Close and John Malkovich, it gives her difficult, juicy material to sink her teeth into as an actor.

The entire first season of The New Look is available to stream now on Apple TV+. We don't know if the show will get a second season, but creator Todd A. Kessler has plans for one. And if that doesn't work out, there's a Cher biopic out there with Williams' name on it.
