For right now, the first episode is the only one for which we know the title: "A Son for a Son," a reference to a key line from George R.R. Martin's book Fire & Blood. If you recall, the first season ended with the death of Lucerys Velaryon, the son of Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen. Lucerys was killed by his own uncle Aemond, the brother of Queen Rhaenyra's rival King Aegon. After that, war between these two branches of the Targaryen family seems inevitable, especially if someone from Rhaenyra's camp decides to get "a son for a son."
House of the Dragon has already been renewed for season 3, but that's probably a while off. For now, enjoy the next eight episodes.
