Succession, The Bear and Beef dominate the 75th Annual Emmy Awards

The 75th Annual Emmy Awards just wrapped up, and they went down more or less as expected. Succession took home the award for Best Drama, The Bear Best Comedy, and the Netflix drama Beef Best Limited or Anthology Series. Actors, directors and writers from those shows also snagged trophies. If there were surprises, they were in exactly what representatives of the chosen shows took home awards. For instance, I would have expected Jeremy Strong to win an Emmy for Best Actor in a Drama, but it went to his Succession castmate Kieran Culkin instead.
