We pit characters from Game of Thrones, Dune, The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and every other fandom we can think of until there's only one winner. Who is it? You decide.

Every year around this time, we at WinterIsComing mount our Fandom Madness tournament, where we take 64 characters from the worlds of sci-fi, fantasy, TV, movies and books and pit them against each other match by match until only one is left standing.

Who will win this year's Fandom Madness tournament? That is entirely up to you. Check out this year's bracket below:

Before we get to the polls themselves, here's the schedule for when they'll be running. The Fandom Madness tournament will end of the same day that the March Madness tournamnet ends here on planet Earth.

  • First Round: March 21-24
  • Second Round: March 25-27
  • Sweet 16: March 28-31
  • Elite Eight: April 1-3
  • Final Four: April 4-7
  • Fandom championship game: April 8

And with that out of the way, let's get to voting! The criteria is simple: vote for whomever you feel like, using whatever criteria you like. If you want to vote based on which character would win in a fight, cool. If you want to vote based on which character would look better with French bangs, also good. Or just vote for your gut reaction favorite. However you do it, here are your choices!
