New episodes of Percy Jackson and the Olympians drop on Disney+ EVERY TUESDAY AT 6:00 P.M. PST, 9:00 P.M. EST. That means they'll be available to watch Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. MST and 8:00 p.m. CST.

This is what it says right on the official Disney+ website after you login. Weirdly, this is at odds with what several reputable outlets report as the drop times for new episodes of Percy Jackson and the Olympians; places like TheWrap and Men's Health report that new episodes drop at midnight on Wednesdays. Maybe that was Disney's original plan for the show, but they're since decided to drop episodes a bit earlier.

This is for the best. Streaming services often drop new episodes of TV shows at midnight, and it's never made much sense, since most people aren't going to stay up that late to watch, to say nothing of people in different time zones who may have to stay up even later. Lately, Disney has been dropping new episodes of its shows earlier across the board, meaning people can watch, enjoy and discuss them as a group. This can only be a good thing when it comes to building buzz for a series like Percy Jackson.

The next episode of Percy Jackson and the Olympians is titled "I Plunge To My Death," which is a great title. It drops on Disney+ on Tuesday, January 2 at 6:00 p.m. PST, 8:00 p.m. EST. Unless something changes, the show will keep up that pattern until the first season ends with Episode 8.
