Welcome to Take the Black, where we break down the latest goings-on from the worlds of sci-fi, fantasy, movies, TV and books. It's mostly all about TV this week, because there's a lot of great stuff out there. We spend a lot of time on The Wheel of Time, which is in the middle of its third season on Prime Video. We're really pulling for this show: not only is an adaptation of a series of classic fantasy books, but it's a series that's increasingly worthy of the pedigree. We figure the more we talk about it, the better its chances of getting a third season, so here we are!

We talk about a lot of other stuff, too, but we put our best foot forward with The Wheel of Time. Watch us below:

We also share a behind-the-scenes pic from A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, a new Game of Thrones prequel coming to HBO and Max later this year. What can this one grainy pic tell us about how well the show is adapting George R.R. Martin's work?

And there's a lot of great TV to talk about beyond that. The season 3 finale of Invincible was insane. Daredevil: Born Again has held up better than expected. The second season of Severance is almost done and you are not ready for the finale! You're also not ready for the next episode of The Wheel of Time, while we're at it. Thursday, March 20 will be a great day for TV.

Anyway, we bring things home, like we always do, with an installment of the WiC News Lightning Round. If you haven't already, watch above!
