Game of Thrones Season 6: Titles for Episodes 8, 9, and 10 possibly leaked

Although it looks as if HBO may avoid an episode leak this week, it does appear as if there has been a leak of another sort. Thanks to a thread on the A Song of Ice and Fire Reddit, started by Reddit user theflairman, we were pointed to the Sky Atlantic Germany website, which revealed the final three episode titles for Game of Thrones Season 6.

Warning: Spoilers Below!

These titles are still unconfirmed by HBO, but seem plausible. Let’s take a look:

The photo above shows that the German title for Season 6 Episode 8 is “Niemand,” which translates to “No One.” As we all know, this is how the Faceless Men address each other. However, in true Game of Thrones fashion, I’m sure there will be multiple meanings to the title. Is this the episode where Arya flees Braavos and heads for the relative safety of Westeros? Perhaps we will finally see that chase scene with Arya and the Waif hopping from roof to roof that we’ve seen in the trailer.

Next we have Episode  9:

The title her “Die Schlacht der Bastarde,” which translates to “The Battle of the Bastards.” I’ve got to say, I’m a little shocked to see the showrunners go with such an obvious title for this episode, but hey, we all knew it was coming, so why try and hide it, right?

This will be the penultimate episode of Season 6, where Jon and Ramsay are due to face each other on the field of battle. Episode 9 promises to be a blood-soaked romp near Winterfell, and I’m sure we won’t make it out of the hour without losing one or more of our favorite characters.

Finally, we have Episode 10:

“Die Winde des Winters” translates to “The Winds of Winter,” the title for the next, as-yet-unreleased book in George R.R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire series. While fans of the books anxiously await the novel, fans of the show will get to enjoy the title first.

Also, I’d just like to toss this out here, your’s truly totally guessed two titles for Season 6. And with Episode 10, I completely nailed it. Time to go buy some lottery tickets (I’m kidding).
