The 2017 San Diego Comic-Con opens its doors on July 20, and HBO has officially announced the date, location and time for the Game of Thrones panel: in Hall H at 1:30 PM, on Friday, July 21. According to HBO’s press release, a “special guest from Westeros will moderate the panel,” but we don’t who that could be. But we do know which cast members will be attending:
- Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy)
- Jacob Anderson (Grey Worm)
- John Bradley (Samwell Tarly)
- Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth)
- Liam Cunningham (Ser Davos Seaworth)
- Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei)
- Isaac Hempstead Wright (Bran Stark)
- Conleth Hill (Varys)
- Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark).
Autograph signings will be at 3:30 PM at Warner Bros. booth #4545.
"Warner Bros. follows Comic-Con’s ticket drawing/wristband distribution procedure for all signings. All ticket drawings and wristband distributions will take place in the morning of the day of the specific signing at the Sails Pavilion floor, between Ballroom 20 and Rooms 6A, 6BCF and 6DE."
Fans will be able to get highlights from the panel by following the official Game of Thrones Twitter account, and can join in the conversation by using the hashtag #GoTSDCC.

San Diego Comic-Con 2017 will begin on Thursday, July 20, and will close its doors on Sunday, July 23. Since Game of Thrones season 7 premieres on July 16, this will be the first time that a season has overlapped with the Con, which means the questions from fans to the panelists should be very interesting.
