It Begins—Game of Thrones Season 6 Actors Heading to Belfast

It looks like filming for Game of Thrones Season 6 is gearing up. Dean Charles Chapman (Tommen Baratheon) tweeted out yesterday a picture of himself with Eugene Simon, who plays Lancel Lannister.

Simon himself had tweeted the image earlier asking if their foreheads didn’t want a bit of decoration, and also Instagrammed it as “A King and a Fanatic walk into a bar….”

Sophie Turner has also headed to Belfast post SDCC. She hasn’t tweeted about it herself, but an excited fan let it slip that she’d met her and where.

In the reply tweets she says this pictures was taken in Victoria Square, a shopping center in Belfast.

Isaac Hempstead Wright is also eager to show off that he’s back for Season 6 with a couple of tweets:

And this second one with Charles-Chapman and a surprise guest:

Yup, that’s the (assumed) late Myrcella, Nell Tiger-Free. We don’t know if she’s actually dead or not, and her appearance in this tweet has set off speculation that perhaps Bronn would do some last minute heroics with a poison Tyene slipped him. Either that or the poor girl is there because there’s a funeral to film where Cersei has a complete hysterical breakdown. (Personally, that’s my assumption.) (UPDATE: Multiple sources on Twitter have pointed out that this photo was taken in London, not Belfast, so take that as you will). For the record, a few hours later, Charles-Chapman headed back out again. So if he’s filming in Ireland, it’s not right away. He said he’d be back “soon.”

The real question of course is where is Kit Harington? More importantly, where is his hair? We’re keeping our eyes peeled…
