There are certain aspects of Doctor Who that have become truly iconic in the fifty plus years that the show has existed. The Doctor, in all of his incarnations, has become one of the truly recognizable characters in television history. His enemies, such as the Daleks, have achieved their own level of notoriety and recognition. Then there is the Doctor’s trusty TARDIS, an object that has truly transcended the realm of science fiction and has emerged in pop culture.
As recognizable as the Doctor’s own TARDIS is, that is not the only one in existence. Other Time Lords had their own crafts to travel throughout time and space, and even had working chameleon circuits. One of these even belonged to the Master, who used it to follow the Doctor and remain an ever present threat and thorn in his side.
Where is this TARDIS though? It would make sense that Missy would still be in control of her craft, using it to traverse time and space to acquire the consciousness of those who believed in some form of an afterlife once they died to build her army of Cybermen. However, we have not seen her craft.

Or, perhaps we have. That garden area which had been seen early on in Series Eight of Doctor Who did sort of resemble the layout of the TARDIS control room. Likewise, as the TARDIS is much bigger on the inside, it could be that the interior of her own spacecraft housed the Nethersphere, allowing Missy to hide in plain sight as she put her plan in to motion.
We could even get to see more of Missy’s TARDIS as Doctor Who continues. If she is indeed being set up to be that ever present thorn in the Doctor’s side, she would need some way of following him around. Just imagine the reaction from the Doctor if, just after he lands on some far flung planet on the edge of the universe, another craft materialized behind his own, with Missy emerging from within.
We know that Missy almost certainly has a TARDIS somewhere, and it may have even housed the Nethersphere. Hopefully, we can see her actual craft at some point in the near future on Doctor Who.
