Shooting on one of the most hotly anticipated scenes from next season on Game of Thrones, the flashback to the Tower of Joy, ended yesterday with more exterior shots.

And we’ve got some gorgeously lit shots of the area at sunrise. (Lighting by HBO.)

Reporters continue to complain that it is impossible to get close by traditional means, comparing the lockdown of the surrounded countryside outside Area 51. Yet some intrepid fans have managed to get video footage of shooting every single day so far. The final day was no exception, as Miguel Angel Langa snagged the clearest shots of the filming area we’ve seen thus far.
Of course, the reason they’re so clear may be because the show is done filming the actual fighting at the Tower of Joy and is now mostly just packing up before moving on to the next location. Onward to Peñíscola!
