Doctor Who: Maisie Williams to Return in ‘Face the Raven’

Following her appearances in ‘The Girl Who Died’ and ‘The Woman Who Lived,’ the door was seemingly left wide open for Maisie Williams’ character Ashildr/The Knightmare/Me to return. Now we know that she will indeed make at least one more appearance this year: in episode 10, ‘Face the Raven.’

The Doctor and Clara, with their old friend Rigsy, find themselves in a secret alien world, folded away among the streets of London. Not all of them will get out alive. One of the three intruders must face the raven…"

It’s been clear that the immortal Ashildr will continue to have lasting consequences for the Doctor, and this news no doubt furthers that belief. How does she fit into the “hybrid” prophecy revealed by Davros earlier this year? Time will tell.
