Doctor Who: David Tennant and Matt Smith to Appear Together at Wizard World NYC 2016

David Tennant and Matt Smith are scheduled to appear together at this year’s Wizard World Comic Con NYC – The Doctors. It will be their first dual appearance together at a convention.

People who work or have worked on Doctor Who frequently make appearances at conventions. Often, these appearances are made together, in various combinations. According to an official press release from Wizard World, Inc., David Tennant and Matt Smith — the Tenth and Eleventh Doctors, respectively — will be appearing at Wizard World Comic Con NYC – The Doctors at the PlayStation Theater in Manhattan, on Saturday, April 16th, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The ticket alone costs $925.48. Yikes!

This will be the first time that the Tennant and Smith will make a convention appearance together, so the event will be epicly historic. It will feature autographs, photo ops, and a question and answer panel with the actors. Fans “will have the unique opportunity to meet one or both of these popular stars with a variety of VIP packages, available” here.

"Fans will be able to purchase Dual VIPs, which include a photo op with both Tennant and Smith along with an autograph from each and guaranteed attendance for two at their interactive Q&A panel. Solo VIPs will off a single photo op with either Doctor, one autograph and one Q&A admission. A limited number of solo photo ops may be available (dual photo ops are VIP only). . . . A limited exhibitor area will also be accessible to attendees who have purchased a VIP or solo photo op."
