Game of Thrones screencap Breakdown: “Home”
By Ani Bundel
Balon Greyjoy sure is crazy. (It doesn’t help that he looks like Riff Raff grown old.)
Would that he met Magenta on this bridge. But sadly, no. Instead, Balon met a man crazier than he was. Just a couple of questions: how did Euron get in the castle without being seen? And how does he get out again?
And if that’s what happened to Balon’s body….
…then what the hell is wrapped up in that bundle? Because I doubt it’s the body, unless it washed up extra, extra fast.
(Also, wow. If that’s not a commercial to go visit Northern Ireland, I don’t know what is.)
I loved the sad smile Melisandre’s gives here as Davos pep talks her. This is when he says “I’m not asking the Lord o’Light for help. I’m asking for the woman who showed me that miracles exist.” It might be the first time in her long, long life that anyone in the world has believed in her for herself.
Tormund’s skeptical, Edd’s nervous, Davos is serious, and Melisandre not really in her element. After all, she’s a servant of the Lord of the Light, not a masseuse who works in the grooming department.
Did you know “Please” is the magic word in all languages? Remember to use that next time your kid gets out of line.
(I love Ghost snoring away on the floor!)
