HBO releases official images from “No One” (UPDATE: More!)

Believe it or not, we’re heading into the home stretch of Game of Thrones Season 6. Anticipation for the final three episodes of the season is already pretty high, but to whet our appetites further, HBO has released a handful of official images from “No One,” the eighth episode of the show’s sixth season. Check ’em out:

Jaime has changed out of his samurai armor and slipped into something marginally more comfortable. It’s hard to be sure what he’s doing here, but it doesn’t look like he’s standing in one of the tents currently arrayed outside Riverrun, unless it’s a huge tent that requires a support beam.

Brienne arrives in style at the siege of Riverrun. Notice what looks like a Lannister banner behind her.

The last time Tyrion and Varys walked the streets of Meereen, Tyrion dressed like a commoner so as not to be noticed. This time, he’s in his Sunday best.

Lancel Lannister has brought his Faith Militant buddies into the Red Keep.

Cersei and the Mountain are almost certainly in the same location as Lancel—note the pillars. With the Mountain beside her, I don’t think Lancel is going to find it easy to make Cersei do anything she doesn’t want to do.
If the trailer for “No One” is any indication, things get seriously unpleasant about eight seconds after Cersei and Lancel have their little reunion. We’ll bring you more photos as they come out.
