“Battle of the Bastards” is three days gone, but the reactions are still coming in. Several cast members weighed in on the episode after it aired, starting with Emilia Clarke, who had some incredibly laudatory things to say about the hour.
#WorkingWithVisionariesMakesMeOneHappyChappy may be a little long to trend on Twitter, but it does sum things up nicely.
Art Parkinson, who played Rickon Stark, admitted to something a lot of fans have pointed out about his final scene: he probably should have run serpentine.
Had a good run #shouldazigzagged

Iwan Rheon (Ramsay Bolton) also had his swan song in “Battle of the Bastards.” At the end of the day, he was happy that people could tell him apart from his rather grotesque character.
I'm very touched by all your lovely messages....and very glad people can differentiate me from the character. Thank you

Naturally, Rheon has been making the interview rounds this week. He described the process of filming “Battle of the Bastards” in an interview with BBC Radio. Apparently, the biggest injuries he sustained during filming were at the hands of Kit Harington himself.
I love his stab at an American accent at 1:14.
Kristofer Hivju (Tormund Giantsbane) has been particularly busy on social media this week. In the spirit of differentiating Rheon from Ramsay, Hivju praised the actor up and down.
Hivju also assured everyone that things were okay between him and Dean S. Jagger, the guy who played Smalljon Umber, after Tormund tore out Umber’s neck with his teeth in “Battle of the Bastards.”
Sure, Hivju looks terrifying, but it’s good-naturedly terrifying.
Sticking with Hivju, he had a brief pop earlier this week when IGN reported that he would be joining Zack Snyder’s Justice League movie as an ancient Atlantean king, but it ended up not being true. Too bad, since that would have made two Game of Thrones alumni made it into the film: Hivju and Jason Momoa, who’s playing Aquaman.
