Pics and video: Another reunion as Season 7 filming continues in Zumaia

When actors are staring at things that aren’t there, it suggests that the show will add a lot of CGI later. But if you don’t want to speculate or play “what are they looking at,” we would suggest moving on down to the next post. The rest of us will move on up to the SPOILERS.

We finally got a piece of the pie.
Still here? Good, because OMG Dany’s outfit.
We’ve had a few good shots of what Dany’s wearing, including the dragon shoulder cape in brown leather.

The fact that Dany has taken her pants-wearing habit from her Khaleesi days and formalized it into her Westeros look is really something. Cersei is going to be jealous, I suspect. Even she has never worn the pants in her family.
But this is something far closer to a Queen of the Andals, Mother of Dragons, Displayer of Dragons, Impressor of Jon Snows would wear. But all that leads us to is playing the game I spoke of when we began: what are they looking at?
Kit Harington and Nathalie Emmanuel are clearing *looking* at something here. Could it be that there’s an “Insert Dragon Here” sign just out of frame? Could Dany be showing off her pride and joy to the King of the North? And how is Ghost going to take to meeting up with a fellow MCOUS, a mythical creature of unusual size? (Don’t tell me you don’t believe they exist….)
Meanwhile, El Diario Vasco has footage of another scene being filmed on Itzurun Beach in Zumaia. This one involves Daenerys, Tyrion, Davos, Jon Snow, Gendry, and a surprise guest: Jorah Mormont.

The Daily Mail has blown-up shots of the scene. First, Daenerys leads a number of her Dothraki foot soldiers to the edge of the beach on Dragonstone.
Her companions await her near a boat.
That’s Joe Dempsie (Gendry) bending over the boat. So it looks like Tyrion and Davos do indeed run into Robert Baratheon’s last surviving child when they hop over to King’s Landing, and bring him back to Dragonstone.
And now, our surprise guest:
Iain Glen was spotted in the Basque Country recently, and now he’s reached his destination. It looks like he will indeed reunite with Daenerys at some point during the season. And then he’ll get a new outfit, after six straight seasons of wearing the same yellow shirt.
Daenerys’ new blood-red cape is nifty, too.
But at the end of the clip, Davos, Jon Snow, Jorah, and Gendry all shove off, so it looks like not only will Jorah reunite with Daenerys, but that she’ll send him away YET AGAIN. Fourth time’s the charm.
Also, we’re not sure if Jorah has cured his greyscale. In any case, his new outfit tastefully covers any scarring. We also don’t know where the lot of them are going in that boat. Also, what will he make of Jon Snow, who became a surrogate son to his father, Lord Commander Jeor Mormont?
