It’s the next to last episode of Westworld’s first season, so strap in because this is going to be a bumpy ride.
The Well-Tempered Clavier is a collection of solo keyboard preludes and fugues composed by Johann Sebastian Bach, it’s also the title of Westworld episode 9.
Wikipedia has this to say about the preludes in The Well-Tempered Clavier…
"The preludes are also notable for their odd or irregular numbers of measures, in terms of both the phrases and the total number of measures in a given prelude."
And this to say about the fugues…
"The fugues employ a full range of contrapuntal devices, but are generally more compact than Bach’s fugues for organ."
I’m worried about Dolores and William, Logan is not going to be cool about this.
Remember Maeve got brought back in at the end of the last episode.
Maeve lying to Bernard.
Maeve can control Bernard, oh snap.
It’s becoming very us vs. them.
Logan is a sociopath.
William isn’t going to find much sympathy in Logan.
And that went exactly as we thought it probably would.
Bernard is indeed going to search for the truth… whatever that might mean in his case.
Arnold built the hosts not Ford, very interesting.
Wow Bernard seems like he has this all figured out, but is Ford this easily caught? I don’t know.
“A little trauma can be illuminating” well that is ominous.
The photo that Peter Abernathy finds is of William’s fiance, that means two timelines is confirmed.
Wow this is intense.
OK, so Dolores can hurt a guest now…
The remember voice…
Maeve is recruiting her army.
So Westworld is like Vegas?
Teddy and the man in black meanwhile are in trouble.
So Teddy was part of Wyatt’s gang.
OR was Teddy Wyatt all along? WOW.
So who is Wyatt then?
So the hosts can’t hurt a guest but they can set them up in a trap that might hang them?
The man in black knows Charlotte?
So the man in black is on the board after all.
Ashley Stubbs is out by himself… probably a bad idea.
Ghost Nation got Stubbs.
William went on a killing spree, he has become the man in black.
We are certianly getting a look at the early park here.
Bernard’s cornerstone is the loss of Charlie.
HE always used cleaning his glasses.
Bernard is Arnold.
Dolores was the one who killed Arnold. So it turns out a lot of our little fan theories have been right. Wow again.
Sure looks like that’s it for Bernard too.
This episode was a masterpiece. Only one more left…
