1. Stan Lee

After spending his youth creating half the comic book characters you love, Stan Lee found a new career later in life: professional cameo artist. Time for him to ply his new trade on Game of Thrones.

Sure, Game of Thrones isn’t an adaptation of one of the 94-year-old Lee’s own creations, but something tells us he’d be up for the change of scenery. And you can’t deny that the man has range. He’s played a juror, a wedding crasher, a general, a librarian and many a man on the street. He could slide into pretty much any cameo role the show gives him…for five or so seconds.

Someone of Stan Lee’s deserves to play someone of wisdom and substance, perhaps a seneschal of the Citadel. Typically a veteran maester, the seneschal runs the Citadel’s day-to-day operations—we could see him running into Sam Tarly as the young maester-in-training gets acclimated to his new environment. And Lee certainly has the air of experience to pull the role off.

HBO and Marvel, the team-up of our dreams.
