Watch all 150,966 deaths on Game of Thrones in one glorious sitting

From the Mountain squashing Oberyn Martell’s head like a watermelon to Daenerys smothering Khal Drogo’s face with a pillow, Game of Thrones features a lot of death. We’ve previously featured infographics that break down the many methods of death seen on the show, but this compilation is far less scientific. YouTuber Leon Andrew Razon has compiled all 150,966 deaths that have occurred over the show’s first six seasons into one epic supercut. Enjoy.

Starting with the ‘5 dismembered free folk’ and ending with Lyanna Stark, the video clocks in at just under 21 minutes. Some of the numbers are guesses, of course — for example, it’s hard to tell exactly how many common folk Cersei killed when she blew up the Sept of Baelor. Ditto for events like the Battle of the Bastards or the Massacre at Hardhome. I think we can all rest assured that a lot folk died during these events.

This bloody trip down memory lane can be painful (who needs to relive the Red Wedding?), but it’s still an impressive effort. Razon also chose to include animals in the video as well, so everything from a ‘Frey Raven’, to the Stark direwolves are included. Even Stannis’ leeches make an appearance!
