When the Doctor falls, how far does he fall?
After an episode that changed everything, it’s the last episode of the season. We’ve come a long way from the beginning of the season, and now it’s time to find out what happens in the final episode.
The synopsis for the episode is very short, but sometimes less is more. In this case, as much as we want to know about the next episode, maybe it’s best to be surprised.

Samantha Spiro appears!
The most obvious notice is the appearance of Samantha Spiro. Since she revealed that she would be in this season, fans have been wondering when she’d show up. It looks like they waited until the final episode. There have been rumors and fan theories that she might be an adult Susan, the Doctor’s granddaughter because of the similar appearance.
Right now she looks like she’s playing a peasant woman, but I wouldn’t be deceived that her part might be bigger than expected.

All the Master(s) photos
These photos have to leave us wondering what in the world that scene could be about. It looks like the Master might be back to his silly-ish ways for a scene or two. He looks to have Missy on his side pretty easily.
This is a big change from her almost becoming good, or at least good enough for the Doctor to tentatively trust her. Will the Master change, or stay the same?

Pearl Mackie is credited in this episode, though I’m unsure how. But I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s Bill in the village. They wouldn’t necessarily need Mackie to play the Cyberman since the voice is distorted, but it has to be her. Especially since she seemed to be the first fully converted Cyberman the hospital had done.
