Video: Fire meets Ice

Fans have wanted to see this particular meeting for a very long time. And on tonight’s episode of Game of Thrones, “The Queen’s Justice,” it finally happened. Scroll down to see the video, and beware SPOILERS.

Let’s not bury the lede any longer: tonight on Game of Thrones, Daenerys Targaryen met Jon Snow. The meeting happened at the top of the episode, after Jon and Davos disembarked on Dragonstone. They were met by Dany’s top lieutenants: Tyrion Lannister and Missandei of Naath.

After they were ushered into Dany’s throne room, Missandei launched into her queen’s long string of titles. In a moment that’s pretty much guaranteed to be memed to hell and back, Davos provided some hype for Jon Snow.

Finally, Jon got to the reason he was here: to enlist Dany’s help in fighting the Night King and his army of the dead. Understandably, Dany and company was less than impressed. Just put yourself in her shoes — a rando you’ve never met comes to your house and tells you that you’re in danger of a zombie apocalypse. Even to someone who has dragons, it’ll take a minute to process.
