Also note that when Maester Wolkan mentions that Maester Luwin kept copies of every raven scroll ever sent, this look crosses Littlefinger’s face. Apparently, that was news to him.

Below, Sansa gives advice on winter-proofing armor:

Are they walking through the dog kennels below? Would that summon happy or disturbing memories for Sansa?

After their stroll, Littlefinger tries to give Sansa some nonsensical advice. It might have gone over well — who can tell?

And it’s not the last confusing encounter Sansa will have today. She soon finds that Bran has returned to Winterfell.

Meera Reed, looking tired as hell, is there, too.

Sansa can barely contain her emotion.

But Bran is acting…odd.

The pair retire to the Winterfell godswood to catch up.

But Bran’s explanation of what it means to be the Three-Eyed Raven is as confusing as Littlefinger’s advice on quantum leadership.

But Bran can’t deny that Bran has power. Unfortunately, he proves it by recalling Sansa’s wedding night to Ramsay. Couldn’t he have just told her what she had for breakfast?

We’ve seen the below shot in the trailer, but knowing the context was nice.

At the Citadel, Sam isn’t doing anything disgusting for once. Archmaester Ebrose is examining Jorah, who appears to be cured of his greyscale.

Ebrose is suspicious over how this happened, but Jorah, standup guy that he is, doesn’t narc on Sam.

After Ebrose leaves, Jorah and Sam shake hands, a powerful moment, since Jorah has had to avoid touching people for seasons.

Naturally, Jorah is heading back to Daenerys, and gets this lovely shot where he looks toward the window, the light, and his future.

Later, Ebrose chews out Sam for curing Jorah against his orders, but still commends his skills.

However, Sam still broke the school rules, and will have to copy piles of old scrolls as punishment.
