Game of Thrones Season 7 is in full swing, and the meme artists of the world are hard at work making fun of it. Welcome to a long list of silly things having to do with “The Spoils of War.”
Let’s start with Seth Meyers, Leslie Jones and Varys (Conleth Hill) viewing the newest episode together. It’s as raucous as it sounds
Next up, the always-popular and always-NSFW Ozzy Man offers his views (funny and thoughtful versions) on “The Spoils of War.”
OzzyMan makes awesome observations as always, particularly on Jaime sinking into that surprisingly deep lake. (“I thought this was a puddle.”)
The funnies keep coming with Jonathan Van Ness’ recap on Gay of Thrones, which features Insecure’s Amanda Seales and an unexpected reference to Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger’s miracle landing of his Airbus A320 airliner on the Hudson River in 2009.
Elsewhere on YouTube, zouru put together a wonderfully deadpan vision of life on Dragonstone while Jon is putting the island under construction as he mines the dragonglass.
And now come the memes. Let’s start with The Pixel Factor, which lets us know what really happened in that Loot Train sequence.
All on board for The Neverending Story shoutout!
Next, a LOT of people made jokes about the sequence in the cave, with most of them theorizing that Jon Snow actually made those drawings shortly before giving Dany the tour. Here are a few of the best ones:

Nothing beats Crayola Crayons. “White Walker eyes” should be a new color.

Okay, enough of that. Next, Bronn gets some much-deserved love.
That may be the funniest thing from the week. More Bronn jokes:
The “Bronn doesn’t get paid enough for this s**t” theme plays into Chrys Reviews’ latest image recap of Game of Thrones, as does a lot of other stuff.
"Game of Thrones Season 7, Episode 4"
Back in comic strips, this one is about Dany’s obvious preference for Drogon over her other children.
And what about that completely-lacking-in-shallows lake Jaime fell into?

But it was all in good fun, as this absolutely awesome behind-the-scenes snap of Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Jerome Flynn (in bright red Camp Lannister tee-shirts) mugging with Lannister and Dothraki extras shows. The sun must have been in their eyes, because they’re squinting like there’s no tomorrow. Also note the dead soldier mannequins lying prostrate in the background, next to a lake with obvious shallows.

Of course, the Game of Thrones cast members don’t actually exist in GRRM’s world of the grimdark. Superpals Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner proved that with a preview of an upcoming appearance on Carpool Karaoke.
Finally, while Jason Momoa’s fan-favorite character Khal Drogo is long dead, it’s obvious he’s still deeply attached to the people and places of GoT.
Drogo may be dead, but you’ll be able to catch Momoa as Aquaman in Justice League soon enough.
If only.
