Valar Morghulis: Who’s most likely to die in “Eastwatch”?
By Corey Smith
32-45. Red-Wedding surprised
We would stake our life that these characters make it through “The Spoils of War.”
32. Jon Snow: 10%. Unless there were some vampire bats in the that cave, Jon is safe, no matter how in his face Dany’s dragons get.
33. Davos Seaworth: 10%. We hate to threaten HBO, but if Davos dies, we will stop watching Game of Thrones.
34. Nymeria: 9%. We expect Nymeria to come back and help Arya at some point a la Drogon and Dany in the fighting pits of Meereen. Until then, she’s safe.
35. Samwell Tarly: 8%. No one has a bigger heart than Samwell Tarly. And surely there has to be a point to his time at the Citadel? Until he discovers that, he’s safe.
36. Gilly (And little Sam): 8%. As long as Gilly is using hand sanitizer, her and little Sam will be fine.
37. Archmaester Ebrose: 7%. Our gut tells us that Ebrose has a few more things to teach Samwell at the Citadel.
38. Lyanna Mormont: 6%. Lyanna Mormont laughs in Death’s face, and Death goes back to His place.
39. Daenerys Targaryen: 6%. Dany’s chances of death drop back down after surviving last week, but should she fly off on another unplanned attack, she might not be so lucky.
40. Cersei Lannister: 5%. The dragon attack last week will likely inspire Cersei to tighten her security, increasing her chances of survival.
41. Tyrion Lannister: 4%. Tyrion had a front row seat to last week’s battle, and seemed safe enough. Still, he’s in hot water with Dany.
42. Bran Stark: 4%. Bran can see all, and doesn’t seem likely to go up in a puff of smoke anytime soon.
43. Arya Stark: 3%. Anyone who can go toe to toe with Brienne is hardly someone we should be worried about.
44. Sansa Stark: 2%. With a trained assassin, a burly bodyguard, and an-all seeing mystic by her side, Sansa hardly seems in danger.
45. The Night King: 1%. Hopefully someone can take down the Night King one day, but it won’t be this week.
