Looks like Pudsey, the Children in Need bear, made his way onto the TARDIS to celebrate Children in Need and the Christmas special!

BBC recently announced that a scene from the Christmas episode of Doctor Who, Twice Upon a Time, would air as part of Children in Need. This time of year is always exciting for Doctor Who fans when we usually get a minisode or preview of what’s to come at Christmas.

It’s no different this year when a preview will premiere this Friday, November 17. And along with the scene, BBC has given us pictures of the Twice Upon a Time cast — Peter Capaldi, David Bradley, and Pearl Mackie — holding the iconic Children in Need bear.

The cuteness in these photos is absolutely, wait for it, un-bear-able.

Currently, there’s not much floating around about what the scene. All we can expect is that it will focus on David Bradley’s excellent depiction of the First Doctor. It’s likely to be a scene that will show the two Doctor’s together, as this is Peter Capaldi and Pearl Mackie’s swan song.

However, any extra we can get, we’ll take! I think many people would love to see Mark Gatiss in his role as a soldier in World War I, Ben and Polly, or any of the cameos. However, it’s likely they’ll save these til Christmas Day.

As for David Bradley, we know this isn’t the end of his Doctor route. As a critically acclaimed stand-in for the wonderful William Hartnell, he has been offered to do more as the first Doctor. Big Finish has offered him an audio set of First Doctor adventures. As for anything else, Bradley said he’d bite their hand off at the chance to do more.

"“If they asked me, yes, I’d bite their hand off. I think it would be fun,” he said. “So far, I’m very happy to have been involved in both [Doctor Who and An Adventure in Space of Time].“It’s quite something, you never expect in your career – something you watched when you were young and never imagined you’d be involved in something so iconic. As I say, it’s a late treat!“If someone wanted to do that, I’d be very interested, yeah. Of course.”"
