Just in time for your Black Friday shopping, WaterTower Music (a division of Warner Brothers Records) has announced the release of the Game of Thrones season 7 soundtrack on vinyl. Composer Ramin Djawadi’s soundtrack for the game-changing season is available now as a 24-track double set.
But wait, there’s more! A 10-track “Limited Edition Ice and Fire Picture Disc,” will be available at independent record stores on November 24, aka Black Friday. A picture disc, by the way, is like a normal record, except there are pictures on the playing surface, rather than them just being black.
The season 7 soundtrack was previously released in September on iTunes, Amazon, and Google Play, among others. Djawadi has composed music for the series since the beginning, from the iconic opening credits theme to last year’s “Light of the Seven” to my personal favorite, season 4’s “The Children.”
The season 7 track listing is as follows:
- Main Title
- Dragonstone
- Shall We Begin?
- The Queen’s Justice
- A Game I Like to Play
- I Am the Storm
- The Gift
- Dragonglass
- Spoils of War, Pt. 1
- Spoils of War, Pt. 2
- The Dagger
- Home
- Gorgeous Beasts
- The Long Farewell
- Against All Odds
- See You for What You Are
- Casterly Rock
- A Lion’s Legacy
- Message for Cersei
- Ironborn
- No One Walks Away from Me
- Truth
- The Army of the Dead
- Winter Is Here
Those looking for a more visceral experience can catch Djawadi on tour with the Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience next year.
And if soundtracks aren’t your thing, HBO also announced Black Friday sales for a lot of Game of Thrones merch. I can finally afford those Stark gloves. Winter is coming, after all.
