WiC Live: We talk season 8 spoilers and spread Christmas cheer

Every Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. CST, we take to Facebook Live to discuss the latest goings-on in the worlds of Game of Thrones and A Song of Ice and Fire. It’s WiC Live, and it’s a fun little bit of nerdery.

We held our Christmas special last week, wherein we unboxed some Game of Thrones goodies, gave away a copy of the season 7 Blu-ray boxset, and worked through some of the spoilers and teases for season 8, of which there were quite a few over the past several days. Things are buzzing over there.

Alcohol always helps an episode go down smooth.

The week before that, we tried to make peace with the fact that Game of Thrones season 8 won’t be on our screens until 2019, for better or worse…or worse.

This episode also features the latest edition of A Song of Dan and Josh, wherein Josh Hill and I try to make our way through the entirety of the Song of Ice and Fire books, analyzing, comparing and contrasting along the way. We’re just covered the incident with Arya, Nymeria, Joffrey, Mycah and Sansa on the Kingsroad, so there’s a looooooong way to go.

We’re off this week for the holidays. But we’ll be back come January 3 at 4:00 CST with more giveaways, discussions and whatnot. Viva 2018!
