2) ESME BIANCO

The British actress Esme Bianco has starred in a number of films both before and after landing the role of Ros on Game of Thrones, including Secret Past, Scorpion King 4: The Quest for Power and The Big I Am.

The character of Ros does not exist in George R.R. Martin’s novels, and in fact, she wasn’t originally supposed to be in the show, as Bianco explained in an HBO website interview:

"I was supposed to be in one scene in the pilot, the scene she has with Tyrion in the brothel. Just after they got the greenlight, I got an email from David [Benioff] and Dan [Weiss] and they said, “We love your character, we really like what you did. Would you consider coming back if we wrote you in?” So they kept sending me scenes and it went from there. It progressed naturally as they were writing the season."

Ros was a character the audience rooted for, as we wanted to see if she could find a way to improve her lot in life. But for Joffrey Baratheon, she might have.

Bianco has gone on to star in the TV horror flick Ominous, above (with co-star Barry Watson, 2015). She’s also appeared in the TV series The Magicians (2015-2018, photo below) and voices the character Eclipsa in the animated Star vs. The Forces of Evil (2017-2018).

Bianco has also gotten into modeling, representing lingerie brands like Agent Provocateur, Modern Courtesan and Atsuko Kudo. She has also tackled theater, and put on burlesque and cabaret shows all over the world. Her next film project is Hypnotized, currently in post-production.
