Westworld: Aaron Paul talks about his season 3 character–sort of
By Ariba Bhuvad
Aaron Paul talks about his character on the upcoming season of Westworld–well, sort of.
Westworld season 3 will (hopefully!) begin production sometime in 2019, and we still have very little information to go off of. One of the most recent and most exciting pieces of news was that Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul had been cast for season 3.
Of course, fans of Westworld immediately began trying to figure out if his character will be a host, human, or maybe even both (I mean, given the storyline of season 2–it’s possible). In any interview Paul has had since the news broke out, he’s naturally asked about what he can spill about his character.
Given the secrecy of the series, he can never divulge too much but we do get tidbits here and there that keep us at bay, at least for the time being. During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Paul was asked about if he’ll be a host or human and he gave a very vague response.
He basically gave zero information and since he may or may not be a host and that he’s not allowed to say anything. Ugh fine, Aaron Paul, be that way. He also went on to say that he has not read any scripts for Westworld season 3 and that he believes they don’t start until next March or April but the little he does know about the character he’s been told is very exciting.
Let’s backtrack to the part where he said MARCH or APRIL, that isn’t that far away so at least in the next few months if production truly does begin in early 2019, we will have some exciting updates (or at least one can hope!).
When asked to describe his character in three words, Paul responded with “excitement, danger, suspense [and] honesty.” At least he gave us four words, right?
It’s going to be quite a while until we actually learn who our favorite b**ch, Aaron Paul, is playing in Westworld season 3, but until then we have Reddit to concoct any possible theories.
