Five ways Thanos’ snap could be undone in Avengers: Endgame

4. Dr. Strange’s Time Loop

Dr. Strange seemed to be the only one who knew what he was doing during the battle against Thanos on Titan in Infinity War. First, he flipped through millions of alternate futures (14,000,605, to be exact), and concluded that in only one of them do the Avengers “win.” Then he gave the Time Stone to Thanos in exchange for Tony Stark’s life. Finally, right before he disintegrated, Strange told Tony that “there was no other way.”

Dr. Strange being a practical guy, we have to believe that the one good future he saw involved him giving up the Time Stone to Thanos. Might he have cast a spell similar to the one he used against Dormammu in Doctor Strange, setting up a time loop he could use to undo what Thanos did?
