HBO shares just how far Game of Thrones fans will go #ForTheThrone

From 3D printing a life size Tyrion, to producing their own season 8 trailers, Game of Thrones fans are an inventive bunch. And now, ahead of the final season of the show, HBO is honoring them by highlighting some of the best examples as part of its #ForTheThrone campaign. Watch their montage below!

Hopefully the woman eating the “horse heart” had some sort of drop cloth down in her kitchen.

I’m seriously reconsidering the depths of my fandom after watching that video. Full-chest tattoos? Carving the Night King out of a watermelon? These fans have true dedication, as well as a bottomless well of talent and creativity.

HBO is also highlighting examples of the lengths fans are willing to go to to express their love of all things Game of Thrones on the show’s official Twitter page. And again, I find my fandom lacking:

Fishing lures? That’s a first.

In my defense, I don’t know how to weld, but this guy still went the extra mile.

Cosplay of a character never seen on screen is some dedication.
