Four new Game of Thrones books are coming this year
Do you like Game of Thrones, the genre-defining HBO series that’s become a worldwide phenomenon? Do you also like books? HBO is collaborating with publisher Insight Editions to produce four new Game of Thrones books, each of which focuses on a different aspect of the show. They’re due out this year. Wishes granted.

The first book to be released is Game of Thrones: The Storyboards from William Simpson, the lead storyboard artist on the show. It’s due out May 28, and you can pre-order it now for $60.00. The book is filled with cool stuff, including the storyboard for the first-ever scene from the show where rangers from the Night’s Watch track a group of wildlings beyond the Wall:

The Art of Game of Thrones
This one comes out in the fall and will retail for $75.00.

From the show’s celebrated unit photographer Helen Sloan, this book will also drop in the fall and go for $75.00.

Game of Thrones: The Costumes
This book features work from the show’s Emmy-winning costume designer Michele Clapton. Once again, fall. Once again, $75.00.
