Five predictions for Game of Thrones Episode 802

Theon Greyjoy will arrive at Winterfell

After rescuing his dear sister Yara from his evil uncle Euron, Theon was given Yara’s blessing to make his way towards Winterfell. Given that most of Episode 802 will be spent preparing for the impending battle, it only makes sense that Theon will arrive in time to lend a hand.

I think Theon’s arrival in Winterfell will be a big deal on many levels. He’s been through the wringer on this show. Often, it’s been as a result of bad decisions he made, and him coming to help in the war against the undead could go a long way towards redeeming him.

There are people at Winterfell who are probably still holding a grudge against Theon for taking Winterfell back in season 2, but he has powerful allies in Sansa and Daenerys, and he and Jon left things on more-or-less good terms as well. Plus Jaime is around, which should take a lot of heat off him.
