Knee-Jerk Reactions to “The Long Night:” Best and Worst Moments

I write this article in a state of shock. Mind-blowing, utterly mind-blowing. “The Long Night,” directed by Thrones action-maestro Miguel Sapochnik, topped anything the show has done before, and that’s saying something. I could list fifty Valyrian Steel moments, and I packed in one extra due to the episode’s 82-minute length. The “Worst” moments are mostly fun little teases rather than complaints, but so be it. You can nitpick this but why would you want to?

Those incredible battle montages! The music! These are my immediate reactions delivered without much reflection. There was so much going on, and I’m a bit staggered, but here we go.
