The cast of Westworld’s third season is coming together. When last we left our group of morally conflicted robots, they had broken out of the theme park where they’d spent most of their lives and had invaded the human world, where they’ll presumably try to fly under the radar while they either plot humanity’s downfall (Dorloes) or try and…not do that (Bernard). We know they’ll be joined by Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul and Ready Player One’s Lena Waithe, although details on their roles are sparse. Now, a new challenger approaches.

The Hollywood Reporter has it that French actor Vincent Cassel has joined the show as a baddie. You might recognize Cassel from Jason Bourne, where he also played a villain, or from Oceans Twelve and Thirteen, where he certainly displayed more than enough swagger and smarm to play a bad guy:

As for details, there are none. Will Cassel play a robotic host or a human guest? Or is the point of the third season that the roles are reversed, with the robots now living in the human world? Whatever happens, I probably won’t get it, anyway. But here’s hoping.
