Three predictions for Game of Thrones Episode 804

There will be friction between the Starks and Daenerys

Following the Battle of Winterfell, “Episode 804” will certainly focus on mourning those who died followed by a celebration, and then strategic planning for the next battle. In the promo, Dany is giving a toast while everyone in attendance cheers. Everybody is cool with each other now?

Well, yes and no. Now that the battle against the dead has been won, I’m pretty confident that the remaining Northerners will begin to see the Mother of Dragons in a different light. They may even begin to bend the knee to her, which is going to piss off one Stark in particular: Sansa. We already know she isn’t thrilled with Dany laying claim to the North, but can you imagine how she reacts as everyone starts to cheer and support the Mother of Dragons?

There’s also the unresolved tension between Dany and Jon, who are now both aware of their unique situation. Something tells me that Jon will forswear his claim throne in the name of love and slight disgust at his own incestuous behavior, which could tick off Sansa even more, that is, if the secret of Jon’s parentage gets out.
