We’re getting a new park in Westworld season 3!
Westworld season 3 won’t premiere on HBO until 2020, but the super-sleuths on Reddit have already been hard at work trying to crack the code, if you will, on what to expect when the new episodes drop. Based on the trailer, we know we’ll be leaving the confines of the futuristic theme parks populated by advanced robots who may or may not kill you when they gain sentience, but will the entire season take place in the outside world?
Thanks to SPOILERS, we now know the answer. Proceed with caution.
Still with me? Cool, let’s jump right in. According to Redditor u/Lukedriftwood — who apparently has been keeping an eye on domain name registrations — domain management company MarkMonitor registered Discoverwarworld.com back in April of this year. The same company also registered the domains for Discoverwestworld, Discovershogunworld and The Raj, all of which references Delos parks. The conclusion: we’re going to War World.
Here’s the cool part: on the Delos Destinations page, there are six parks listed, but parks three, four, and five are currently malfunctioning, so we have no idea what’s actually in those parks or what the theme is. However, the Daily Mail grabbed a plethora of photos of the cast filming scenes in War World. Some extras are dressed as Nazis, so this isn’t just War World; World War II World.

Either that or War World will have a bunch of different wars mixed together. Details are still coming in.
Three main cast members were on hand for the War World shoot: Thandie Newton (Maeve), Rodrigo Santoro (Hector) and Simon Quarterman (Lee Sizemore).
True, Maeve and Hector were deactivated in season 2, and Lee freaking died…but in a world where there are robots that can look exactly like humans, anything is possible.
