The final fight scene from Avengers: Endgame, reimagined as a 16-bit video game
By Dan Selcke
Avengers: Endgame is returning to theaters this weekend with a new post-credits scene, but if you don’t feel like plunking down another $8-$12 to see the three-hour epic in theaters again, maybe hitting a few highlights will help. And when it comes to Endgame, few lights are higher than when Captain America, Iron Man and Thor face down Thanos only to be defeated and saved at the last minute by the arrival of all the resurrected superhero Thanos killed with his fateful snap in Infinity War.
Mr. Sunday Movies of YouTube has reimagined what that scene would look like it took place in a 16-bit video game from the ’90s. Drop everything and watch. And don’t worry; the video isn’t as long as it looks.
That was tremendous work. Even when it looks like it’s on a Super Nintendo, those blows Thanos deals Captain America still look like they smart something fierce.

It’s a little odd than the animator’s explanation of how he made the scene is longer than the scene itself, though. But whatever, it’s his YouTube channel. Nice work! Any chance of getting the rest of the fight scene, daunting as I’m sure it would be to animate?
