Game of Thrones might be over, but Funko Pop! is still releasing new designs based on how the characters looked in the eighth and final season!
Funko unveiled two new designs on its blog. The first item captures a key moment from “The Long Night” where Daenerys and Jorah fight off the wights during the Battle of Winterfell. And while most fans wouldn’t want to relive Jorah’s hopeless final moments, his last stand with the Mother of Dragons certainly does make for a cool-looking shelf piece:
The fire surrounding Dany and Jorah — along with the soot on their faces — really emphasizes how brutal things were for them. It’s also likely the only Funko item that will feature Dany wielding a sword, a memorable moment for her.
Funko is also finally releasing a new Sansa Stark Pop, and it looks well worth the wait. Fans can now bow down to the Queen in the North in their own homes, as our Sansa Pop! is modeled after her coronation look, and even includes details like the direwolf sigil pattern on her crown and the weirwood tree branches and leaves on her dress:
It’s been a while since we got an updated Sansa Pop. In fact, the only one that was released previously is from her “Dark Sansa” days in the Vale with Littlefinger. That’s a far cry from what the eldest Stark sister looks like nowadays, so Pop collectors were definitely due for an update.
