“If you die, I die”

If there was ever a bromance worth gushing over, it’s the one between Dustin and Steve. What started in season 2 bloomed into a full-on friendship by the time we get to season 3. There are actually two Steve-and-Dustin moments I loved from season 3, both of which I’ve gone back to watch after my first run through the season.

The first moment is when Dustin and Steve reunite after spending a summer apart. It’s quite possibly the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen. Seriously, just look at them!

And if you thought their reunion was cute, then this next moment will tear you apart. After being all but cornered by the Russians, Dustin tells Steve he won’t leave him behind. In fact, I believe his words are, “If you die, I die.” Cue the “awws.”

And let’s not forget that Dustin actually comes back to save Steve as promised. Seriously, this is the best bromance ever. Here’s to hoping we see more of it in a potential (I mean, can’t we assume its all but confirmed?) season 4!
