Stranger Things’ Finn Wolfhard has a new hairstyle and the internet is freaking out
By Ariba Bhuvad
Finn Wolfhard has a new hairstyle, Stranger Things fans! Naturally, as soon as the images were posted for the world to see, the internet went crazy over it on Twitter.
The frenzy of it all began with Wolfhard posting pictures of the new hairdo on Instagram. Looks like he’s following in co-star Joe Keery’s footsteps, who also recently sported a new hairstyle. Side note: Keery needed to get rid of those bangs, he shouldn’t mess with Steve’s iconic.
Okay, it’s not drastically different, but it is far more mature than what we’re used to seeing him with. What can we say, the kid’s growing up!
This obviously is his rockstar look, which suits him just fine considering he’s part of a band. Maybe Stranger Things 4 will have Mike rocking out some tunes with that new hair.
We can only hope.

As we saw with Keery, any time a celebrity decides to change up something about themselves, the world starts chiming in with their opinions. Such is also the case with Wolfhard, as was expected. Some are loving the new style, while others are desperately requesting for him to go back to what he had. And then there’s those who are indifferent and would rather everyone let the kid do what he wants.
Personally, I think Finn Wolfhard is totally rocking the new locks and should do as he pleases. Based on his social media posts, it’s really hard to tell whether or not this look is sticking around, or if he will go back to what he was sporting, as Keery did.
Is it part of his look for Stranger Things 4? Perhaps he changes things up in order to impress Eleven. Or, he was just in the market for a new look. Whatever it is, Finn Wolfhard, you do you!
